Orders require a 50% deposit within 1 week of quote and no later than 2 weeks prior to collection. If an order is made for less than 2 weeks time, full payment is required. The order is not confirmed until a deposit is received. If Birdsong Kitchen has to cancel your order, for whatever rea
son, the full deposit/payment will be refunded. If the customer cancels the order within 7 days of collection date, for whatever reason, full payment less 25% or half of the deposit will be refunded. This takes into consideration pre-purchased ingredients and materials, time lost for planning, communications or other bookings that were declined for your order. Friday collection is between 3.30pm and 6pm. Saturday morning/other day collection by arrangement. Photos of your cake may be shared to our social media accounts after your event. Please say if you wish your cake photo not to be shared. Once the order is in your possession it is up to you to follow the storage instructions to ensure a pleasant eating experience. In the rare event something goes wrong with the order once it has left our location, please contact me as I may be able to help. Payment can be made into Birdsong Kitchen's bank account
