Hi everyone
I have had a lot of messages the last couple of weeks requesting cakes (perhaps a sign of times changing again).

Unfortunately I am not making cakes at the moment. This is due to a change in circumstances and also the costs of ingredients in today's world make for very little profit.

I won't be shutting down my page because who knows what the future holds! Perhaps I will pick it up again when eggs aren't made of gold 🤣🤞

Ice-cream sundae cake
This one was to celebrate the birthdays of my two boys. My youngest loves oreos and cookies and cream and my oldest loves hokey pokey so it was half and half..

Inside was gluten free chocolate cake (GF flour makes it more fudgy) with vanilla Italian buttercream and chocolate and caramel sauce..... it was delicious!
