As we’re getting close to our 4th birthday, we’ve been gifted with yet one…oh wait…THREE more reason to celebrate 🥳
Our best selling loaves has been judged and awarded with medal!

🥇 Classic sourdough - „Very good bread. Golden crust with great flavour and a hint of sour. Lovely and fresh”

🥇 Multigrain sourdough - „Good aroma, eats well, chewy and nutty. Simple look, feels healthy, nice loaf shape”

🥈 Rye sourdough - „Good caramelisation on crust, even crumb, judges liked the flavour”

We couldn’t be more proud and happy!

Fabulous time last night filled with most delicious food, wine & cocktails, awesome music, colourful place and beautiful people 🩷❤️🧡💛💚💙
What a way to finish off the food festival and celebrate Te Tai Tokerau foodie’s gems!
Chapeau bas Chief Craig and Aqua Team for going the extra mile to discover and promote local producers in such a creative way 🙌👌
We also met our “partners in crime” from and tried the mouth-watering Goat Cheese Parfait with papaya and our sourdough wafers…Five-star dish ⭐️ my hand on heart 🫶
