One of our regular customers gave us this fantastic tip for getting some extra vitamin C over Winter, so we had to try it and it is great!

Dry your orange peel - I put my peel in a dish in the oven on low heat for a while - and once dry, blend it into a powder that can be added to smoothies, baking or whatever else you fancy.

Orange peel contains heaps of Vitamin C (...more than the flesh!) along with calcium, copper, magnesium, vitamin A, folate and other B vitamins. Also, it smells amazing!
