Hej! My name is Zoe and I am the owner of FIKA - Swedish Coffee Break (Pronounced Fee - KA) I am a professional pastry chef and barista, having completed a two year training program to obtain a diploma in Culinary Arts & Patisserie. I lovingly handcraft small batch Swedish 🇸🇪 kanelbullar (cinnamon buns) to an authentic recipe.

I was first introduced to Nordic coffee culture and Swedish fika when I lived in Wanaka. While out for a walk I met Ola and Ingrid a Swedish couple who were on holiday. We started up a great conversation and they told me all about their unique artisan bakery coffee/cafe back home.
