Wow can't believe this cake from my old friend Nina, those scissors look so real

Such a fun cake to make! Interactive cake of human torso during heart surgery for a medical student's 21st birthday. Birthday boy was able to remove the heart for his birthday message underneath.

Cake was easily over 25kgs. The body took 5-packets of Pettinice, and I was so happy to get it covered in one piece! My son made the strawberry and blueberry jelly in the tubes.

Chocolate and red velvet cake with strawberry and chocolate Bakels truffle filling. Chocolate chip and truffle mix outer shell. All covered with Pettinice fondant. Colour base is Ivory Pettinice, mixed with 50/50 pink and yellow Pettinice for a good skin colour undertone. Airbrushed with Americolour Skin (too orange), Brown, and mixture of brown/rose for the ni***es.
