We love the fact that we have the opportunity to create a business around what matters most. We started with no formal business plan, just a strong gut instinct to bake what we love, and hoped that others would, too. Both of us being very detailed oriented and remarkably similar taste, it was a natural transitio
n to being business partners. We come from simple beginnings, but we’ve always enjoyed baking for others. As South Africans living in New Zealand, we continue with this spirit and always focus on creating a warm and convivial experience for our customers. And, not to mention, it’s a double whammy of awesomeness– baking makes us happy and baked goods make everyone happy. Spreading joy is immensely powerful.
