As you know HG Catering do a stunning range of Frozen Meals that serve a huge range of people in our community from the elderly to new parents, busy people and people recovering from surgery.

We're SUPER excited to announce that we are collaborating with a couple of Local Personal Trainers to bring you delicious Paleo Frozen Meals - approved by Personal Trainers!

These meals follow Trainer-Approved Paleo friendly meal templates, and come complete with a list of ingredients, calories and macros so you can track until your heart's content.

If you don't track then that's fine too - every meal is made from scratch, from local ingredients (where possible) and with delicious, healthy, whole food ingredients.

Whether you're living the Paleo lifestyle and want something for those 'can't be bothered days', working towards fitness goals or trying to lose weight, then these are just what the doctor 👩‍⚕️ (or Trainer) 🏋🏼‍♂️ ordered!
