Vanilla sponge cake with blueberry cream for a little car fan for his 5th birthday 🥰

You forgot a birthday or other occasion. You don't have a cake. I can even solve such a problem. 🎂🍰

This cake was made in less than 12 hours. For Freddo Cakes, last minute orders are not a problem 😁

Vanilla and chocolate sponge cake layered with coffee cream and raspberry cream. Decorated with butter cream based on condensed milk.

Blueberry cupcake are recommended for Sunday caffe 🥰

If you want to enjoy such cupcakes, I leave the recipe for you below. It takes 35 minutes to make with baking :)

🧁130 ml coconut unsweetened milk or milk
🧁110 ml canola oli
🧁100 g sugar or erythritol
🧁1 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla natural essence
🧁1/2 grated lemon peel
🧁1 egg
🧁270 g plain flour
🧁1 tsp baking powder
🧁1/4 tsp baking soda
🧁350 g fresh or frozen blueberrys

Coconut milk, canola oli, sugar, vanilla paste, lemon peel and egg add to the bowl and mix until.

Flour, baking powder and baking soda into the rest of the ingredients and mix briefly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Add blueberrys and mix.

Divide the dough onto 12 regular sized cupcake papers.

Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, settings top - bottom on the middle shelf of the oven.
