Why am I up writing to you at 3am, you ask?

Are you a hot cross bun traditionalist?

Then today is probably not your day.

For everyone else, we’ve ignored tradition and baked another batch.

Last week’s buns sold out before we knew what hit us, which only confirmed what we already suspected: people don’t actually care what month it is when there’s a decent hot cross bun involved.

So they’re back again today.

Fresh. Fruity. Spiced. Not even remotely Easter.
