One of Di’s creations, inspired by one of his all-time favourite dishes: pasta carbonara. 🇮🇹

He makes his own carbonara sauce, layers it with bacon, rolls it all up and finishes with cheese and one more piece of bacon on top. Because why not?

The result? A savoury, cheesy, ridiculously delicious scroll.

Mocha, but make it white chocolate. 🤍

We make our own chocolate ganache for our classic mocha, and the other day we thought… why not make a white chocolate version too?

So we did. And it’s ridiculously good.

Rich espresso, our house-made white chocolate ganache and silky milk. Creamy, indulgent and just the right amount of sweet.

Your new coffee obsession? Quite possibly.

From Nothing Naughty premium whey protein (in 1kg glass jars!), collagen and protein bars to our favourite amaretti, cantuccini and taralli, straight from Italy.

We’ve also welcomed some beautiful olive oil from Mira Olives , a VERY special product that deserves its own introduction (coming soon!).

After the love for our Salted Caramel, Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut cookie, we thought it was time for a new one!

Meet Orange, Almond & Fig: citrusy, nutty, a little fruity and very delicious. The kind of combination that just works.

We’re baking these in small batches twice a week, usually Tuesdays & Thursdays, so if you see them on the counter, you know what to do.

Saturdays are BIG at Romeo 🤎

It’s our biggest production day of the week: earlier alarms, fuller ovens and a team working incredibly hard to fill those shelves.

It’s also a really important day for us as a small business, so seeing you all show up every Saturday means more than you know.

Yes, sometimes there’s a queue but we have extra hands on Saturdays and we promise we move fast!

Thank you for showing up, week after week. We genuinely couldn’t do this without you.
