It is now about 3 years ago that we closed our bakery. Our daughter left to Auckland for love, and us, the oldiees, decided to call it quits...For me personally, I had at this stage been a baker for 42 years, and had been getting up early for far too long.
So we just closed the doors. There was always the chance of our daughter coming back and giving it a go again, but this has now been put off for the forseeable future.
