We have a stunning new salad bowl menu. They're PACKED with nutrients & even more packed with flavour.

Each bowl contains

Chopped bb spinach & shredded red cabbage tossed with green goddess vinaigrette
Braised chickpeas
2 types of pickles (changing, seasonal)
Herby tahini yoghurt
An insanely good housemade za'atar crunch with toasted seeds & crispy shallots

Then you choose your protein:

Sumac-braised beef brisket

Lemon roasted chicken or

Our crunchy falafel

Ko Rose taku ingoa.

My love of Te Reo Māori started at Te Kōhanga Reo with Auntie Aggie in Arakamu|Eltham a looooong time ago. Like, the 80s guys. 😅

I'm lucky enough to be learning again now at Te Wānanga O Aotearoa here in Ngāmotu.

Kei te māuiui au i te kāinga i tēnei rā BUT I'll be back āpōpō and would love to see you giving Te Reo a go when you order your kawhe with us during Te Wiki o te Reo Māori (and any time please!) Don't be whakamā, e hoa! We'll have a poster up to help.
