I'm back! After a couple of months of being M.I.A. We are back in action. This is a picture of a wedding cake I did in April, Bottom tier Lemon cake and top tier Chocolate cake 😍 loved creating it and getting to eat it for a change 🥰

Wedding cake order that went out today to an amazing couple. The groom is a volunteer fire fighter here in Nelson and the happy couple decided to have their ceremony in the fire station. To top off their day which i am sure had a bitter sweet tone to it as a few of their guests were out fighting the fire that is causing much devastation in our region, the sirens started going off through their ceremony - congratulation Mandy and Kerry, thank you for choosing me to make your cake 😊 and thank you to Nelson Celebrant - Rosemary Lelo for the recommendation ###

Cakes from the last 6 weeks. Had a few quiet weeks with sick kiddies and my other half working away but thats doesnt stop my creativity 😍 one cake travelled to Wellington with me aswell. Looking forward to the weeks ahead.

Nelson Speedway Prize giving catering. 22 individual grazing platters with a variety of goodness on them from mini taco cups to cocktail wraps. Time to enjoy a wine before tomorrows job.
