"Taho" is a classic sweet treat in the Philippines made with silken tofu (I made it from scratch). The toppings includes brown sugar syrup (arnibal) and white tapioca pearls (sago) but I tried black/boba pearls and I loved it!. You will often see hawkers early in the morning selling taho on the streets. Taho is popular as a comforting breakfast or snacks....yum! 😋
