There hasn't been an update on our house reno in a while, so I figured I would share the progress. Up until now, we had stripped the wall paper and repainted all 3 bedrooms, office, and hallway. The bedrooms and office are complete and the hallway needs its final coat of paint as well as trims and ceiling. Next up, the toilet! Now what started as just a case of "lets strip the walls and paint them" turned into a "while we are here, lets replace the toilet" Now those of you who know us on a personal level, Kobus is a sparky by trade... Turns out, he is pretty darn good at plumbing too. Once the toilet was in, we figured heck, this looks odd... Modern Toilet, beautiful walls, and 43year old flooring. Lets change that. So the floor got an upgrade! Leaving the rest of the area looking rather... left out. While hubby was at work on Saturday, I figured it was a great time to jump in and do some work... this time, in the kitchen. So stinking happy with how all these changes are turning out little house into a beautiful home! And grateful for Kobus who goes with me down this rabbit hole of crazy ideas and "I'm sure it can't be THAT hard to replace a toilet" moments!
