Currently focused on vegan, gluten free, diary free, raw foods and unrefined sugar. I’m a newbie to the wonderful new world of Zen Tangle Art. Suggested to me from a few of my fellow bloggers. It’s opened my mind to create in ways I’ve never known possible. For before this I’d never ever attempted art or drawings in any way. I’ve studied mindfulness and mediation for my over all mental, spiritual

and physical health. Tangling is another way of training yourself to be in the moment, to quiet ones mind. To create a new peace for myself. To try something new. My tools of zentangling are very basic.I use a range of pencils and a sketch pad. I hope to get into pen tangles and coloured in time. But for now I’m just enjoying learning and exploring this art form.
