Vanessa's Cake's and Catering. I have always had a passion for cooking and design. Every design is considered and I try to keep my prices reasonable and fair.

I have done a number of courses in design which has brought me to this point in my life where it's all come together to create a small cake decorating business. I would describe myself as being down to earth and friendly and consider myself approachable when I have people come to me with their own designs for their cakes whether it be a three year olds birthday cake or a four tiered wedding cake.

I have created many of my own recipes for cake decorating which I have had great feed back on. If you were to come to me for a cake these are some of the recipes that have been very successful:

-Lemon sour cream cake
-Raspberry cake
-Pumpkin cake (Yum)
-Nanas fruit cake
