As the creator and owner of this business I have the rights to all photos I take. I do not share photos before orders are collected ... if they are a surprise, please let me know as I'm happy to hold off sharing οΏ½οΏ½
2. All new customers are required to make a minimum 50% deposit to secure their order. For the many loyal customers I already have this does not apply to you :)οΏ½οΏ½ Please send a screen
shot of your payment οΏ½οΏ½
3. I require 48 hours notice for orders but if you need something last minute, always check as I may be able to help οΏ½οΏ½
4. Once the cupcakes are collected I take no responsibility for any damage that may occur (please be safe) οΏ½
5. If you place an order but have not made the minimum 50% deposit 48hours BEFORE the day your order is to be collected, your order will not be made (yay no more uncollected orders)
6. Though I post on the page regularly throughout the day, messages are checked and replied to once a day (in the evenings). If you message on the weekend you may not get a reply till Monday. We do our best to keep on top of these daily; please be patient and kind οΏ½ If you have not heard from us after a few days, please feel free to send another message in case yours was missed.
7. I absolutley understand situations arise out of people's control meaning they cannot collect at the agreed time. I ask that you please please please think about how this impacts on my personal life as at times I have had to wait up to 3hours οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½ - and operate this business around 4 children and their sports. Pick up times are now set to 4pm Tuesday and 10am or 4pm Wednesday - Saturday. I am more than happy to work around these times if you come when you say you will οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½ If you think you won't be able to make it, please give me as much notice as possible.
8. I am happy to purchase any cupcake extras (toppers etc) you are wanting and this expense will be charged to you including the cost of shipping οΏ½
9. Minimum orders of 12 x mini and 6x regular
