I’ve been wanting to make a cake like this for ages because I think they look so pretty and the colours and possibilities are endless. This one was shades of pink and red and I used stabilised chantilly cream to “ice” the two layers of white chocolate cake. On top are various shades of pink meringue kisses, the last of the summer berries and some beautiful macaroons that I can’t take any credit for. I cannot get mine perfect and it really annoys me 🤬.
