My Home cooked, baked gluten free and egg free meals due to my gluten intolerance, yeast intolerance, egg allergy this is a help page not a business or sales page. I have been gluten free and egg free for 15 years now due to egg allergy and gluten intolerance and I have spent a lot of time sourcing products I can use and altering and rejigging my old recipes to suit me. I use gf flours, sugars and other products I will mention with pictures on this page.It has been quite journey for me removing all products from my pantry and fridge containing gluten and egg and replacing them with safe foods. I am happy to be healthy again no more diarrhea, tummy ache, headaches etc and I give God all the glory for helping me.
