We’re so excited to introduce you all to Jo, the new owner of The Breadery!

As we hand over this little business that has meant so much to us, we’re so happy to see it heading into its next chapter with Jo.

Please give Jo a big warm welcome and continue to show her the same amazing love and support you’ve shown us over the years. ❤️

❤️ THANK YOU FROM THE BREADERY ❤️

And just like that… The Breadery has officially been sold and handed over to its new owner. 🥹🍞

What a journey it has been.

I honestly don’t think we could have done any of it without the incredible people who supported us along the way — our customers, our community, our staff, our friends and our family.

We had so much fun with The Breadery. There were plenty of early mornings, long days, laughs, challenges, crazy moments and memories that I’ll always carry with me.

A massive thank you to our amazing team ❤️

Aroha — my right-hand man. Thank you for always being there, having my back to matter what and helping keep everything going you are the mantis.

Steve — Bread dad you picked it up after 2 lessons thank you for being part of The Breadery and the journey. Thank you for everything you have done to keep the wheels turning.

Mum — thank you for always being there to help, support and believe in me.

Alli — our amazing baker. Thank you for all your hard work and for creating so many delicious things for our customers and for all your teachings we learnt so much off you thank you.

Toni — our social media guru. Thank you for helping tell our story and share The Breadery with our community, thank you for all the parts you have played in my business I think you have done it all lol.

Kam - thank you for all your help at the market stalls and even coming in to learn about how the bread was made.

And to every single customer who walked through our doors, placed an order, shared our posts, told their friends about us or simply stopped for a chat — THANK YOU. ❤️

The Breadery wouldn’t have been The Breadery without you.

I am so grateful for this chapter of my life. For the people I met, the friendships made, the memories, the challenges, and especially for everything I learned along the way. Running this business taught me more than I could ever put into words, and I’ll take those lessons with me into whatever comes next.

It’s definitely bittersweet saying goodbye, but I’m also excited to see The Breadery continue with its new owner.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so much for being part of our journey.
