NEW FOR THIS MONTH
A Chocolate Lamington made from a fluffy chocolate sponge complete with fresh whipped cream.

Anyone keen for me to add the raspberry version to the cabinet too??

Apologies for causing confusion and disappointment on Mondays by people seeing me in the bakery.

No we still aren't open on Mondays.

Now that my son is at school ive been coming in to do some prep during the day, so I can get more sleep throughout the week, I had been having days where I was only geting 3-4 hours and thats not good for anyone.

Since im now catching up on sleep I can hopefully bring some new products soon!

We have been selling out some of our products super quickly on a Saturday.
So i have made sure the cabinet is well stocked this morning.
I do my best to try guess how much of everything to make enough to get us through the day, but there are times i get that wrong, so as always get in quick if theres something you have your heart (or stomach) set on, just incase.
