Meet Mary Arkell.

One of eight outstanding contestants stepping up for this year's Young Fruit Grower of the Year competition!

Mary is the 2IC at Taylor Corp in Hastings, with six years of hands-on experience across every core orchard operation. Mary has paired her practical skills with formal study through Levels 2 to 4 in Horticulture, building her capability season by season.

Known for her attention to detail and ability to bring teams together, she is focused on continuing to grow into a more advanced, well-rounded grower. Go Mary!

Taylor Corp/Golden Del Pink Ribbon Volleyball fundraiser 2026 🏐🎀🍎

An unforgettable day bringing together our RSE teams from Tonga, Tuvalu & Fiji, Packhouse Thai RSE & Malaysian WHV, Taylor Corp permanent staff & special guests from Matipou orchards to play volleyball and raise money for Breast Cancer New Zealand.
