Jac's Kitchen Ltd® is a home based baking, dealing with Slices, Cakes and Cookies. Hey I'm Jac, I studied Culinary Arts back in 2001 at AUT Auckland.

I've been baking for friends and family for a long time now and giving them my goods to taste so as I can alter the recipe if it needs it or to make things my way rather than follow everyone else's recipe. I've been told I'm an awesome baker and that my goods are the best (they have to say this, their my Friends and Family :P haha) but seriously I know how to bake :)
So I thought I would build this page slowly and offer my Cakes, Slices, Cookies and Cheese Cake for sale. Feel free to msg me.

Just made these Beauties for a couple of customers

The cake is a White Mud Cake with Strawberry Centre Butter Cream, and Red Mirror Glaze topped off with Sugar Paste Roses and scented edible Petals and chocolate harts around the side
