an artisan bakery making the best gluten-free breads, pastries, savoury and sweet treats.We believe in crafting products with taste and texture that are superlative in quality and flavour.
We mix our own gluten-free flour blends which include whole-grains such as brown rice, millet and sorghum. These superior ingredients not only taste better, but also result in a higher quality and more satisfying product.
