Damaged goods
You the client AGREE and understand that we are not responsible for any damage to products once
cakes/products leave our premises. We also take no responsibility for product/s quality if consumed 48
hours after you have picked up or time of delivery.
2. Pick up & delivery
Once time and date has been confirmed a 15 minute window, before and after the time you have agreed
upon is grant
ed. IF time exceeds the 15 minutes we cannot assure you that someone will be available on
premises to give you your order and we may require a late penalty fee before you receive your order. The
agreed time is YOU the clients responsibility to fulfil. {this will only apply to clients if client has not contacted
KCC to rearrange pick up time and date at least 48 hours before}
3. Creative freedom
This is only applicable to clients who AGREE to give us "Kask Cakes Creations" full creative freedom on their
cake designs. We strive to NOT disappoint clients and we do our best to create great designs but we do not
take responsibility IF client has agreed to giving us creative freedom and declines order.
4. We will decline order if
we feel we can not provide services effectively. IF the client is persistent in needing a specific order on late
notice this will require a late fee in addition to your order, fee cost will depend on what is required from our
services.
5. Deposit
Please note we require a 50% deposit to confirm your order and is non refundable if order is cancelled. Second payment is to be made in full 48 hours before order is picked up or delivered. IF the second payment
has not been received 48hrs before pick up or delivery we will contact you. IF we are unable to contact you
with the contact information you provided we will cancel your order and deposit will not be refunded . (to
avoid this keep in contact with kcc on one of our social media platforms, email or phone)
6. Public reviews/feedback
You agree that if you have a complaint or a negative experience with us that YOU the client will give us an
opportunity to rectify the situation before submitting a negative review on any of our platforms. IF you
submit a negative review without allowing us to rectify the situation we will automatically black list you and
ban you from all our platforms. (facebook, instagram, trademe, pinterest) including contact numbers and
emails will be deleted and blocked.
7. Permission
You the client understand and give Kask cakes creations PERMISSION to use your pictures and videos of ALL
cake designs, dessert tables and grazing tables on their social media platforms to market their business. eg
Facebook, instagram, pinterest and trademe.
8. Invoicing
An invoice will be issued after the order has been completed. If a client requests an invoice after first
deposit, an invoice will be issued through the email address you have given as the primary email address.
9. Final product
We do not accept returns of any products once order has been finalled (Even if product is still 100% intact we will not
accept returns or allow refunds)
