Yesterday I dropped off 12x cupcakes and 12x red velvet white chocolate cookies to Christine C. who won 2nd Prize in my Hip Hop World Championship fundraiser 😋

I also performed in my Dance School Groovits mid-year show and was awarded Most Improved Dancer for my crew Kodak.

In 4 weeks I will be in Phoenix Arizona and I am super excited but before then I have some big training days coming up.

Gong Hei Faht Choi, happy Chinese New Year 🐉.

This summer I went to Surfers Paradise, Christchurch, Auckland and Waihi Beach with my family. I entered BBQ Wars with my mum and we tried a new recipe of crisy cornflake chicken 🐔 😋 Was fun. A snapper dish took the trophy this year 🏆

After a busy few months baking cakes for friends & and family, I created my 13th birthday cake, which included a personalized cake topper I made at with help from my teacher.

It was so much fun making this 6inch chocolate mud cake because I got to try melting marshmallow to create a spider web from Spiderman to the number 6 cake topper.
"Thank you again for a superb cake with little instruction for what we were after. Spider man theme and boom... look what we got. Cake was delicious as always and it got gobbled up in one sitting.

July 2024 School holidays and my trip to Sydney to compete at a Hip Hop comp.

I loved it!

I got to taste all the great food Sydney has to offer, got to the set of Home & Away, went to Luna Park and the Zoo plus got to go out to my first time of fine dining experience in Auckland with my Grandparents.

I've also been baking lots of Chocolate Brownie from The Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook for my friends and family.

Term 3 has started today and I've got more cakes booked in to bake 😋 going to do volleyball, hip hop and try musical theatre.

This past week I have been busy competing at in a Hip Hop Competition as well as baked 180 cupcakes to help raise $ for my Hip Hop trip to Sydney this month 💃🧁

I danced with my 2 crews and came 4th with my 4 girl crew and 3rd with my Junior Mega Crew. I've also been training in a battling squad, so I gave it a go and made the final 8.
