Sold out on Friday… so I’m back in the kitchen making more. 🍕✨
I’m baking another batch of sourdough pizza bases this morning for everyone who missed out.

Because they’ve been selling out every week, I’m now adding Monday deliveries too!

You can now place your orders for Monday delivery, with the first delivery on Monday, 10 August. Friday deliveries will still be available as usual.

This sourdough calzone was unreal! 🤤🧀 Tonight I’m testing it with my par-baked sourdough pizza bases and exploring even more delicious ways to use them. 🍕✨

Final Friday delivery before the school holidays! 🌟
Friday 3rd July into Easts. and Wholefoods Bin Inn Gisborne

Last Friday was definitely one to remember!

On Thursday night we lost power while my fridges were full of sourdough (thank goodness it’s winter!). Thankfully it came back on after a few hours.

Friday morning started at 2am to get through all of your amazing orders... and then we lost power again. Pitch black, carrying loaves in and out, only for it to come back on. By the fourth outage, with my fingers covered in oil while dimpling the focaccia, I could have cried.

Thank goodness for the generator, but it definitely wasn’t made to run two ovens and a deep fryer all at once. I’ll be honest, I was feeling pretty deflated by the end of it.

I truly love what I do, and I genuinely get excited to get up early and bake for you all. So while Friday was tough, we’ve had the weekend to recharge and we’re ready to do it all again this Friday! 💕

Just a reminder that I won’t be doing deliveries over the school holidays so I can spend that time with my kids.

Normal Friday deliveries will be back from 24th July.
