Happy Sunday cupcake lovers

Busy kitchen here chocolate mudcake cupcakes hot out of the oven for a upcoming friends baby shower. Stay tuned later in the week for them all decorated and looking gorgeous.
There is a whole block of Whittakers dark chocolate in these puppies and boy does my kitchen smell divine.

While they baked I put this cute decal on my window so when you come for a pick up you know for sure you’re at the right place. Along with the “cupcakes make people happy” sign in the window. 😊🧁

This little beauty is headed to work for a Daffodil Day fundraiser morning tea tomorrow

It’s a triple layer 5 inch lemon cake with white chocolate and blueberry buttercream with a home made blueberry jam filling in the layers.

Evening cupcake lovers,

Tonight’s cupcakes are vanilla filled with raspberry jam and a buttercream flavoured with dried raspberry powder. The taste is delicious.
I love the fun ruffle tops, they are a lot of fun. They are finished off with pink glitter and dried rose petals and raspberries.

I am a volunteer baker for GBB and these are headed to a local community group tomorrow.

Home made salted caramel sauce for flavouring buttercream, and boy is it worth it.🧁🤗

One of my favourites and perfect for this time of year, Gingerbread. These cupcakes are scrumptious. Off to the freezer to hang out with the others for a few days.🧁
