Our Story
Cake by Cannon is a family owned and operated cakery. Run buy Georgia and Bobbie Cannon, two sisters who share a love of baking and creating! Cake By Cannon Started out as a boutique cupcakery in Auckland's CBD, known as The Cupcake Tree. We have since moved the the opposite end of the country to beautiful Dunedin, and rebranded as CAKE BY CANNON.
Georgia and Bobbie Cannon as well as there sisters , Sophie and Holly Cannon are all chefs and entrepreneurs. Not only are our sisters chefs, but our mother and grandparents too! We all grew up in a household that evolved around hospitality and food! not a bad way to grow up i might add...
We collectively have over 100 years experience in the hospitality industry, from owning restaurants, cafes and cakerys, and working for some of the best chefs there are in this world!
Cake By Cannon strives to bring you the best culinary experience We Cannons have to offer. Whether it be for just a single cupcake, running your events, being your private chef or simply helping you spread cupcake joy in someones life!
