Throwing it back to July for this super fun 9th birthday cake created for our lovely neighbours and their daughter, Payton.

When the birthday brief is a combination of Baby Yoda and Rainbow, you know it’s going to be an awesome design to bring to life.

Inside those vibrant green and black buttercream layers was a full rainbow surprise, topped off with Grogu himself. We were also lucky enough to be invited along to join in the birthday festivities down at Bowl Line, my kids and I had a blast celebrating with you all!🎳🎈

Another throwback memory that goes back to July for this elegant two-tiered centerpiece created for a wonderful community elder celebrating her 80th birthday surrounded by whānau and friends.💙

🍰Cake Details:
A classic favourite, delicious vanilla cake layered and finished with smooth vanilla buttercream, styled with faux floral accents and subtle green details as a special homage to Cook Island/Rarotongan heritage.💚

Throwing it back to June 28th with this sweet creation for a special little girl turning 6.❤️

The brief was simple, fun, and magical: pink, purple, butterflies, and of course, a rich chocolate drip to finish it all off. Inside that vibrant design is a decadent chocolate mud cake layered and ready for a princess-level celebration! 🍫💖💜

Seeing these vibrant colours come together is always so much fun. Happy 6th Birthday to the birthday girl!🎉

Fakaaue lahi mahaki, thank you so much to our incredible Dunedin community and loyal families for keeping our oven running and trusting us with your special milestones year after year!❤️

Because 'we' are a fully registered, council-compliant business managed alongside our busy family of 7, protecting my production capacity means I cannot take on any further custom cake requests for the remainder of the year.

🚨What you need to know:

✨Existing Orders: All current bookings, custom quotes already finalized, and scheduled wedding/event dates remain 100% locked in as planned.

🎂 2027 Bookings: Our calendar for early 2027 is now open! With our 1-month lead time, we recommend reaching out early to secure your preferred date.

📦Weekend Treat Boxes: Keep an eye on our page for upcoming limited weekend dessert boxes and seasonal treat drops, we’ll still be sharing plenty of sweet treats! And I will be popping up at a few local markets too.

There is nothing quite like being trusted to bake for a family as their kids grow into young adults! Three years after making his black-and-gold 18th cake packed with Ferrero Rocher's, I had the absolute honour of crafting this magnificent 21st centerpiece for another loyal client, friend, and her son!🖤✨

🎉Throwing it back to June, this cake was delivered on a super wet Saturday to the Corstorphine Hub to get everything set up and looking grand.🎂

Creating a centerpiece for a 21st is always special, but when it’s for a family that has supported Sweet Revelations for years, every detail means that much more. Again, I utilized my trusted stencil maker Kat - ibicci NZ to help create this amazing combined Pacifica pattern.

🎉Throwing it back to this beauty delivered back in June 2026. 3rd 21st Birthday Milestone with this amazing family.

There is no greater honour than being part of a family’s most cherished celebrations year after year. This stunning Pasifika centerpiece marks the 3rd 21st birthday cake I’ve had the joy of creating for this beautiful family.

Cake Details:
Inside is a classic favourite: Red Velvet layered with smooth whipped cream cheese frosting, finished with vanilla buttercream.

To bring the Pasifika pattern to life, I used a gorgeous stencil designed and created by the incredibly talented Kat - ibicci NZ Her craft is truly faultless! And the cake topper was handcrafted right here in the kitchen, keeping with the brief of something simple, yet stunning, Pasifika style!

✨ Honouring our Niue Matriarch: Aunty Vai, KSM! 🇳🇺💙

We could not be prouder to celebrate our dear elder, Aunty Vai (affectionately known as Nena Vai), on being awarded the King’s Service Medal!🎖️

Her untiring work advocating for the Niue language and warmly welcoming students and families migrating to Ōtepoti Dunedin has shaped our community for years. Before her official investiture ceremony in September, our wider Niue community came together in June to hold a special precursor gathering in her honour.

To mark this milestone, we had the privilege of creating a custom cake adorned with handcrafted Pacific flowers and custom stenciling reading "VAITOELAU KUMITAU KSM".

This small gathering was a collaborate effort from members of our Niue Committee and families.

Fakaaue lahi mahaki, Aunty Vai, for your endless love, leadership, and guidance. We love you dearly and can’t wait to celebrate you all over again during Niue Language Week later this month.

✨Celebrating 60 years, Tokelau style! Another throwback masterpiece, this one was created for a family celebration back in June of this year!

There is nothing quite like being trusted time and again to celebrate a family's biggest milestones. After creating a beautiful wedding cake at Glenfalloch Gardens for this wonderful family last year, I had the absolute honour of crafting this 60th birthday centerpiece for their Dad!

Honouring his Tokelauan heritage, this design features custom stenciling using a stencil from the absolute stencil queen, Kat - ibicci NZ , accented with hand-crafted fondant Pacific flowers. Underneath that crisp finish is a delicious cake flavour favourite: banana cake layered with smooth chocolate ganache.

Delivered stress-free to a local Dunedin restaurant (and finding a park right outside in the middle of winter was definitely a win).

✨ 3 years of duck cakes for Jamie! 🦆

There’s nothing quite like a birthday tradition, and I’ve had the absolute joy of baking Jamie’s annual duck cake for three years in a row now! For his 8th birthday, we decided to give our favourite quacker a fresh update with a handsome blue ribbon bow and button details.💙

Inside that textured yellow buttercream is a classic favourite: chocolate cake!🍫

Jamie celebrated his special day over at the Otago Model Engineers Society, all the way back in May, yet we are still talking about how cool the cake and that day was. It was complete with mini train rides, viewing the miniature town with a working train track, it was such an awesome venue, and my daughter and I had so much fun tagging along! 🚂

Thank you to my bestie for always letting me be part of Jamie’s big milestones. Watching these awesome kids grow year after year is truly one of the best parts of this baking journey.
