✨ WOOLON 2026 — WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! ✨
We were incredibly fortunate to be selected to cater this year’s WoolOn Fashion Show, and what an amazing event it was to be part of.
For us, this was an opportunity to showcase what we love most — beautiful food, made from scratch, using incredible local Central Otago produce. 🤍
We were proud to feature some of our region’s finest: 🫒 Awanui Olive Oil
🍷 Poached pears made with Two Paddocks Pinot
🥩 Beef brisket from Sausage Alley
🥖 38 loaves of handmade focaccia, made by our very own talented Erin
🤍 All served alongside beautiful handmade pottery created by talented Clyde local, Kathy McLean.
And behind the scenes… there was A LOT happening!
360 lamingtons hand-cut and dipped.
380 poached pears sliced.
38 loaves of focaccia handmade from scratch.
And countless hours of prepping, baking, plating and creating.
A huge moment of appreciation needs to go to the incredible WoolOn volunteer committee. The work that goes into bringing an event of this scale together is enormous, and we were so well supported throughout the entire process. What you create for Central Otago is pretty special. 👏

You are absolutely incredible. The long hours, the teamwork, the laughs, the problem-solving and the willingness to just get stuck in — we simply could not have done it without every single one of you. We are so proud of what we created together.
