If you love classic French pastry, creativity, and working in a passionate open-plan bakery, this one’s for you 💫

✨ You’ll ideally have:
• 1+ years’ pastry experience
• Confidence with classics - éclairs, génoise, tarts & desserts from scratch
• A creative eye and a love for seasonal baking
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to work independently

📍 Location: Christchurch Central

You must be a New Zealand resident or hold a valid work visa for at least the next 6 months.

✨ What makes this role special:
• Hands-on work with true artisan processes - sourdough, laminated doughs & more
• Opportunity to develop speed, consistency, and mastery at scale
• Be part of a supportive, driven team that values quality and high standards
• Play a key role in producing products enjoyed by hundreds of customers daily

✨ You’ll ideally bring:
• Previous experience in an artisan bakery
• Knowledge of sourdough and/or puff pastry & Danish dough
• Availability for night shifts & weekends
• Physical fitness for hands-on work and lifting

👉This is a serious craft role. Night work requires commitment, but offers a unique rhythm, focus, and the chance to truly master your trade.
