Love artisan baking? Ready to take your skills to the next level? Join our passionate team and bake something exceptional!

✨ Artisan bread, sourdough & pastry
👨‍🍳 Bakery experience required
🕗 Night shift: 8pm–4am, full time
📅 Weekend availability required

👉This is a serious craft role. Night work requires commitment, but offers a unique rhythm, focus, and the chance to truly master your trade.

Whether you are an experienced chef, an apprentice, or an avid foodie looking for a foot in the door - get in touch!
Place of work is Christchurch central but shifts start at 4am so you will need reliable transport.
You must be a resident or have a valid work visa for at least the next 6 months.

If you love classic French pastry, creativity, and working in a passionate open-plan bakery, this one’s for you 💫

✨ You’ll ideally have:
• 1+ years’ pastry experience
• Confidence with classics - éclairs, génoise, tarts & desserts from scratch
• A creative eye and a love for seasonal baking
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to work independently

📍 Location: Christchurch Central

You must be a New Zealand resident or hold a valid work visa for at least the next 6 months.
