A little delivery update!

A huge thank you to everyone who has filled in our local sourdough delivery survey so far, we’ve had 44 responses, and it’s been awesome to see so much interest!

A couple of little highlights:
🥖 Most people said they’d likely order weekly or fortnightly
📅 Saturday is looking like a strong option based on the days people have selected
🌾 And Seeded Sourdough is currently looking like a definite favourite!

We’re still juggling the logistics and working out exactly which day (or days) delivery will run and when we’ll get started, but your responses have given us a really good idea of what could work.

If you selected that you’d like to hear from us, we’ll be in touch before deliveries launch with all the details.
And if you haven’t filled in the survey yet but local SOUR delivery sounds like something you’d be interested in, it’s not too late! Your response will help us work out where and when deliveries make the most sense.

Freshly baked the morning of market.

We only make a limited number of loaves each week. Focusing on slow fermentation, quality ingredients, and taking the time to do things properly rather than rushing out volume.

That’s why once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Heads up, Sour whānau 💛

We’re taking a well-deserved family break in May, so we won’t be at Riverlution Market on 23 May and 30 May.

That means pre-orders will be closed from 12pm Thursday 14 May until 12pm Thursday 28 May.

We’ll be back baking and back at the market on Saturday 6 June.

If you’d like to stock up before we head away, we’d recommend placing pre-orders in the weeks leading up to the break to guarantee your loaf - especially as we’ve been selling out early lately.
