There's a reason people drive across Christchurch for these.

Our cinnamon rolls are soft — almost custard-soft — with layers of cinnamon butter that melt into each other during baking. The glaze is poured on while they're still warm so it soaks in instead of just sitting on top.

Five kinds, all different enough that regulars cycle through them: Biscoff, Walnut butterscotch, pistachio, rapsberry, nutella ...
Fresh from the oven from 10am tray by tray. Arrive at the wrong time and they're gone.
