Bellbird Baked Goods Bakers of naturally leavened bread and French pastries. We are a small artisan bakery located within the Tannery in Woolston, Christchurch, New Zealand.

We produce top quality French pastries such as croissants and Danishes, and naturally leavened bread (sourdough). Our breads are made using organic or spray-free flour whenever possible and is all sourced within Canterbury. We use only free-range eggs and as many local and organic products as we can. You can find our products at our main shop at The Tannery (entrance 3 Garlands Road), as well as a

t the following places:
- Riverside Market, 96 Oxford Terrace, Central City.
- Christchurch Farmers Market (Riccarton Bush) - every Saturday 9am-1pm.
- South Christchurch Farmers Market (66 Colombo Street, next to Christchurch South Library) - every Sunday 9am-12pm.

We know you all love our Cinnamon Knot and Seasonal Danish, and we miss it too.

We didn't think the vegan butter shortage would last this long. We've tried to find an alternative supplier, but couldn't find one that meets our quality standards, so sadly we've been without.

For us, quality means the taste, texture and ingredients we're known for, not just ticking a vegan box. We've been testing other options in the background, but sadly none are quite there yet.
