A little about me. My name is Bree Scott and I have been running Glamour Cake for 9 years. I love to bring excitement and atmosphere through the bakery and our food. We specialize in donuts that are a little different from your classic cream and jam, with daily 9 different flavours to choose from. Not only do we do donuts with a difference but we have cheesecake slices, tarts, slices and pies that are stand out. Come and see us for a special treat or a hearty lunch to fill the spot. We are your one stop shop with coffee, sandwiches and filled rolls if you don't have a big sweet tooth. There is something for everyone at Glamour Cake!

We have ONE tray of our Slow Cooked Brisket Mac & Cheese Pies available this morning — so if you’ve been waiting to get your hands on one, TODAY’S YOUR DAY!

We have unfortunately been understaffed again this week, so we will be closing at 2pm today.

I know there were a few unhappy customers yesterday who arrived after we had closed early, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience. ❤️

Sometimes when you’re a party of one, it takes a little longer to get everything cleaned, packed down and ready to do it all again the next day! 😅

Thank you to everyone who continues to be patient and understanding while we work through a short-staffed week. It really does mean a lot.

We need to keep you updated because our Slow Cooked Brisket Mac & Cheese Pies are selling out faster than we can make them!

These beauties take us TWO DAYS to prepare — from slow cooking the brisket until it falls apart, to making our creamy three-cheese mac & cheese and getting them into that beautiful pastry.

Unfortunately, our EFTPOS terminals have just crashed and we currently have absolutely no support available from our provider to get them back up and running 😭

We are doing everything we can from our end to get this sorted ASAP, but in the meantime, if you’re heading over to see us today, PLEASE BRING CASH 💵🙏

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience — this is completely out of our hands and the last thing we want is for anyone to make the trip over and not be able to grab their goodies!

A little appreciation post for our new Glamour Cake girls 🫶💗

Over the past two months, we’ve had an almost entirely new front-of-house team come on board, and I honestly couldn’t be prouder of these lovely humans.

And WOW… have they been thrown in the deep end 😂

These school holidays have been the busiest we have EVER been!

They’ve been asked questions they haven’t had the chance to learn yet, put into situations they haven’t experienced before, and some of them have come in completely from scratch, giving hospitality a go for the very first time.

And they’ve held their own. 🥹👏

They’re learning, growing, getting faster and more confident every single day, all while dealing with the absolute madness of hundreds of you coming through our doors.

So please remember to give our girls a little bit of kindness and patience while they find their feet. 💗

If something takes a little longer than normal, or they don’t quite know the answer to your cake question yet, that’s okay! We all have to start somewhere, and the only way we grow is by learning. 🫶

I’m SO proud of you girls. You’ve joined us during one of the craziest periods Glamour Cake has ever had, and you’re absolutely smashing it.

And of course, a MASSIVE thank you to my head baker and all of our helping hands out the back, pumping out those incredible pies, donuts and treats that keep you guys coming back for more. 🥧🍩

We are making some seriously incredible food lately, and the proof is in the amount of people walking through those doors every single day trying to get their hands on a slice of dis pieeee!! 😂🥧🔥
