Let's keep things sweet, simple, and stress-free!

📌 1. Deposits (Secure Your Slice)
• 50% Deposit: Due within 7 days of booking to lock in your date.
• No Deposit = No Booking: Your date remains open to other clients until paid.(unless otherwise discussed)

⏰ 2. Pickups (Timing is Everything)
• Stick to the Time: Pickups must happen at our pre-arranged slot
• Late Pickups: I cannot guarantee your cake will be accessible later that day if you miss your window (just like a shop).

💳 3. Payments (Clear the Cash)
• Bank Transfers: Must clear in my account before pickup.
• Cash on Pickup: Only accepted if explicitly arranged beforehand.
• No Chasing: No cakes will be released until payment is sorted. This saves me from chasing funds – this part isn’t fun
