Dear Customers,
Having been the owner of North Rd Fish since 1997, the time has come to share with you, the news that the business has been sold.

I want to thank you for your valued business and wish you all well. Huge thanks to my partner May and my great staff - past and present, you've been amazing!

My late parents Lem and Susan purchased the business in 1973. Throughout the intervening years it has either been managed by family, owned in partnership within the family and most recently, with myself as owner operator.

This is the end of an absolutely amazing era, not only for myself but for Yee family members who have worked here somewhere along the way over the past 52 years.

New owners take over tomorrow, Monday 25th August and I know they will continue to serve you well.

✅✅Yay for Level 2 from tmrw, Wednesday 8th Sept!
**Remember - Phone Orders Only - still applies for today**

From Wednesday, we will be able to take orders over the counter again. However, we do encourage you to continue phoning orders through where possible, like you have been doing. This helps greatly in minimising the number of customers waiting in or outside the shop.

So, in line with the Government Covid regulations:
➡You must wear a mask when coming into the shop
➡ Scan in (or manually sign in)
➡ 2m Social distancing

If you need to wait outside the shop for your order or prefer to wait in your car, we will have our paging discs available, which will buzz you when your order is ready.

Hi Everyone! Yes, PHONE ORDERS ONLY from tmrw, Wednesday 1st Sept. Things will be a little different so here's a few pointers that will help make it run as smooth as possible.

We need to carefully monitor the number of people arriving to collect an order therefore orders will be spaced out for us to achieve this.

To get your preferred pick up times...
✅ All orders to be phoned through on 03) 352-9184
✅ Have your order ready, before phoning through
✅ Book orders in as far in advance as possible
✅ Please only have one person to collect
✅ You must wear a mask

Things will work much the same as last time at this level.
You will not be able to enter the shop so the main things you need to know for now are:
✅ Phone Orders Only
✅ Contactless payment
✅ Scan In
✅You must wear a mask when picking up your order
