Congratulations to Samantha Bond on her wedding day! So excited for her and her hubby! 🎉🎊🥳👏🍾🥂

This is a combination of some of my favourite flavours…
Bottom layer is a dark chocolate cake, with a lightly salted dark chocolate ganache, and a pistachio crémeux (think velvety French custard). Of course I forgot to photo the making of this! Ugh…

Top layer is a Belgium slice inspired cake… spiced brown sugar butter cake, with raspberry jam, raspberry icing, and freeze dried raspberries.

All covered with a rich white whipped SMB. Nom nom nom!

Happy birthday cake for an adorable 1-yr old Wiggles fan! This is a vanilla bean cake, soaked in a vanilla syrup, with whipped vanilla mascarpone cheese filling, and a vanilla SMB!

Very fun characters for the Wiggles! Not a show I’m familiar with being from America, but it was great colours and my fingers are dyed all sorts 🤣🤣

Wedding cakes ❤️❤️❤️

So happy to be a part of Bex and Elliot’s wedding planing and having the opportunity to make their wedding cake and side desserts for their big day. Fresh flowers are always my fav 🤌🤌🤌

Elderflower, lemon and Ch*****ne 🍾 cake with lemon curd and white chocolate ganache, and a dark chocolate and raspberry base with raspberry coulis, and dark chocolate ganache!
I also can’t recommend Italian almond cookies for vegan dessert orders enough, they are so delicious, and GF!
