Pistachio & NZ Navel Orange Tart 🍊

Pistachio frangipane, orange confit (marmalade), orange crémeux (custard), pistachio crémeux, pistachio paste, pistachio sponge, candied orange. All made with in-house 100% pistachio paste, and fresh NZ navel oranges. 🧡

I’ve been talking a lot about work to loved ones lately, who have supported and loved me through some long days. Some of those conversations have had me thinking about how much the love with which a product is made impacts the outcome. Hopefully it’s obvious how passionate I am about what we make at BUTTER, and how grateful I am that those who eat what we make enable me to do what I love.
