Can't believe it's mid-February already!! If I'm anything, it's consistently 💩 at social media 🤪

The Baker has been getting great results with the latest batch of organic Demeter rye. This little loaf is 100% organic whole rye and has a very unique flavour and texture.

Rye is high in fibre and nutrients but lower in gluten than wheat flour. This loaf will be gentle on those with gluten sensitivities.

That's a wrap for 2022.

We're looking forward to spending some time together as a family. Thank you to our three wonderful children who have mastered the art of self-sufficiency this year!

An organic white base with 25% Milmore Downs - Organic Agriculture Dinkel spelt.

She's got an amazing structure, flavour and aroma and is the bakers new favourite.

Having not made hot cross for a whole year he needs a practice batch or two to get back into the swing.
