de Brood Bakkers has been specialising in Artisan Baking for over 20 years, and has built a reputation and brand based on the quality and taste of our products - made with love, and made by hand: the old fashioned way! Our par baked baguettes have become a familiar accompliment to many NZ meals, with the fabulous concept that you can buy our baguettes and rolls and finish them off in the oven at h

With wholesale capcity throughout the North & South Islands, you will find our breads in many New World supermarkets, and various deli's throughout the country, and this is something that we are actively working on, to extend! Continental and other specialty breads and delicious pastry
products and treats! Our big news for 2012 is that as from Tuesday 7th August, our Fresh Bakery Door retail shop will be open on Tuesdays through to Saturday!! We will be offering handmade pies, and filled rolls in addition to all the other delicious artisan products that we offer. You will even be able to pick up a fab cup of coffee to takeaway too!!

We've officially sold out of everything so we're closing up early today Friday
We thought we'd made enough... clearly we have underestimated your appetite! 🥧🍩
A massive thank you to everyone who's supported us today. We honestly can't thank you enough. Now it's time for us to get back into the bake house and make a whole lot more for tomorrow.

🥧 Wow... the pie demand has been absolutely crazy thanks to Kosmos.nz 😅

A massive thank you to everyone who's been through our doors over the last few days. The support has been incredible, and it's awesome to see so many new faces discovering what we're all about.
To keep up with demand, we'll be increasing our pie production for Thursday, so there'll be plenty more fresh pies coming out of the ovens.

The last couple of weeks have been absolutely massive on the pie front. Thanks to all of our amazing customers, we've been just about at maximum capacity trying to keep up with demand!

We're incredibly grateful for your support. You've definitely been keeping us on our toes, and we're working as hard as we can every day to keep the pie cabinet full of fresh, handmade pies.
