[Kakushoku]

Our square white loaf (Kakushokupan) is known for its incredibly soft and silky-textured crumb. It has a signature "mochi-mochi" (springy and chewy) feel that makes it perfect for fluffy sandwiches. If you prefer it toasted, try a thick slice—it creates a wonderful contrast between the crispy crust and the light, airy interior.
