Hello friends. I am back and I will be in Paraparaumu Saturday Market every Saturday starting 17th June. For this coming week's menu we have:
🍰Mini lemon cheesecake with lemon curd
🍫Chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and caramel drizzle
🍮 Custard Mamon

Happy new year beautiful people. Joyful pastry is on it's 4th week but so much greatful to all our lovely customers. Your support is greatly appreciated that it makes me want to do better every single time. I AM CONSTANTLY EVOLVING.. continuosly improving my products and studying every element of it. As we move to 2023 I am striving to slowly introduce more Filipino delicacies with a contemporary approach. Just like my take on the popular ensaymada which I called the "happy surprise". It is made of soft, compact (not airy) bun filled with my homemade ube filling garnish with my cream cheese mixture and grated savory cheese. Everything is made of premium ingredients coupled with my love for baking 🤍 May the new year brings everyone a new beginning full of hope, love, peace and a JOYFUL life :)
