This is the perfect size for a small birthday celebration/dinner party!

Its only 2 layers of cake unlike my standard 3 layers but still looks impressive and serves 12 for dessert, its $60 for an 8 inch (simply iced and decorated as pictured)

This one is hazelnut, dark chocolate and pear, layered with dark chocolate ganache.
