Since loosing my mum 3 years ago to breast cancer I have hosted an event each year.

On the menu was
Lime and raspberry cakes
Pistachio, rose and strawberry macaron
Salted caramel and chocolate slice
Lemon meringue tarts
Plum cheesecake

Chicken and herb sausage rolls
Salmon quiche
Chicken finger sandwich
Egg finger sandwich

Strawberry, lemon, gin and lemongrass cake with lemon and gin cream cheese icing, it was yum!

Small double layer 6 inch cake.
