Labour, Greens, TPM & TOP have eight new taxes for NZ, including a wealth tax. These would send businesses overseas, taking jobs and opportunities with them. The vast majority of countries that have implemented a wealth tax have later shelved it. Why? Capital Flight, way too easy for people to take their business elsewhere. Cost of calculating such a tax is high for IRD & the amount they end up actually getting is a drop in the bucket by comparison to costs of implementation. Don't fall for this nonsense!
