First shared morning tea at work today. Vanilla Cupcakes with Cream Cheese icing and Caramel Cupcakes with Caramel buttercream. You can tell that I've been on a break from icing as it took until the caramel buttercream to get a better finished looking cupcake

My daughters wanted some Carrot Cake. I have one daughter that prefers no walnuts, raisins or cream cheese icing and the other daughter prefers no raisins. This is a Carrot Cake with cream cheese icing and no raisins 😉
