The steak jalapeño pie has been flying out the door today, customers can’t get enough 🔥🥧
So naturally… I had to try one myself 😌

Running a bakery means constantly testing new ideas 👩‍🍳

Today’s experiment: matcha cookie with white chocolate 🍵🍪

Soft centre, crispy edges, and that earthy matcha flavour balanced with sweet white chocolate.

Not every new recipe works perfectly the first time. Sometimes it needs fixing, adjusting, and testing again. That’s all part of the process.

But this one looks promising 👀
